In the center is “EINE MARK” with “1” on either side, behind this is a large, decorative, dark green watermark. Beneath this in small font is written: “Alfeld (Leine) 1. Dezember 1918.”.
Below this is “Der Magistrat” with the Magistrate’s signature beneath and “Das Bürgervorsteherkollegium” with the City Council’s Signature beneath.
