Florence, Sweetheart:
Writing against time again tonight, but do want you to know that all is well, and I hope this finds you and Jim that way. I received your Thursday and Sunday letters to-day, and sure glad that everything is under control in our little world. Had a swell work-out to-day, and will tell you all about it when I get more time to write.
I saw “Cry Havoc” about 6 weeks ago, and enjoyed it no more than you did. Have not seen a paper yet so I don’t have any ideas as to the latest news, which I hope is still good. We are finished with the best part of the schedule, and will probably return on Sunday.
Glad the folks, El and your gang are all well. How come Bernie is still around? No mail from Don, but I had a letter to-day from M. Hunt. Give my best to everyone, kiss Jim for me, stay well, darling, I love you
