My Darling-
Attached are a couple of things I'd like you to have
We're leaving in the morning but I'm waiting for your call to-night.
I hope this reaches you before you leave.
Bevvy, I love you with all my heart, you've been the grandest wife. Really Bev you've made me so happy, and my life seems so complete. I know that we're going to have a nice long, happy married life to-gether when this is ovr over, and I'm sure that the date isn't too far off.
I hope to see you very soon. I still think I'll end up near home.
I hope your trip home is pleasant and not too tiresome.
[page II]
Well my little wife (it's wonderful to able to have you as my wife) I'll say good bye for now.
No matter where I am or what I do I'll always be loving you and thinking of you. Thank God I have you to come back to.
My love to the folks and the gang
Your own hubby
