Letter, Willard J. Templeton to Sister, Camp Chase, VA, pp. 6; transcribed by Michael Nevins. Templeton tells his sister that he is camped in Arlington near the Lee plantation. He is "not the least bit homesick" and believes the rebellion will soon be crushed.
